Hello
everyone and welcome to the July - August issue of "Dream
On", a monthly newsletter devoted to Celine and dreams. Hope
you are having a relaxing summer.
A
couple of exciting news. In July our web traffic to www.celinedreams.com
soared despite the fact that many of you are on vacations. We
are now talking "thousands" of Celine Dion fans who
visit our web site regularly. For example, Yahoo! chose Celine
Dreams as an Editor's Pick, UK newspaper Mirror gave us a 'Site
of the Day' award, USA TODAY gave us a 'Hot Site' nomination,
a web site in Belgium presented Celine Dreams as a site of the
day on July 15, five other commercial web site made references
to us. It means that the audience of dreamers is growing every
day.
"Terry
Evans, 38 from Chicago, Illinois wrote to us this email
"Blow me over with a giant burst of cold Chicago air. I woke
up today, turned on my computer and went to my yahoo [e-mail]
account. And what did I find - a link to this site about Celine
dreams. To say the least, I was stunned. I have been having Celine
dreams ever since her haunting dulcet tones in the movie Titanic."
Thank
you, Terry! I think you just gave a nice explanation of why every
week we receive a lot of new Celine fan dreams from fans. Thank
you for sharing your dreams. We will do our best to post and interpret
as many of them as possible. In the meantime, please Dream On
and listen to Celine! :)

Is
there a "dream dictionary" that we can recommend for
understanding dream symbols?
Dream
symbols and dream dictionaries
The short answer is "no". Why? Because dream symbols
(animals, unknown people, etc.) for the most part, are a very
personal thing. It means that a general "dream dictionary"
may not necessarily have the correct definition to the symbol
in your particular dream.
For
example, animals quite often symbolize our own traits, good and
bad. When you see an animal doing something in your dreams it
usually represents your own personal trait. A dream dictionary
can give you an idea of where to look for answers, but won't be
able to interpret your dream completely.
Dream
interpretation is a part of psychoanalysis, therefore, the best
person to interpret your dream completely would be your psychoanalyst,
if you have one. If you want to learn more about the interpretation
of dreams, I'd recommend a book by Sigmund Freud, a father of
modern psychoanalysis, called "On Dreams".

Among
hundreds of e-mails every week, there was this simple message
from Marissa, a member of Celine Dreams Club
who lives in India. Marissa's message is intended for Celine's
eyes, but I thought that we all including Celine would like to
hear this small but very sincere declaration of love"...
Here it is.

"When
I am lonely and sad I like to humble the songs you sang. I don't
know, when I sing those songs I get so much of inspiration that
I can face the whole world. The songs that I like to sing are
"That's the Way It Is", "Because You loved me",
"The Power of Love", etc.
Your
songs are like a boost for me. I have seen your interviews, they
are touching. Especially the time when your husband was fighting
against cancer, you too helped him out a lot, this is not so easy
and all women would have done that. Celine Dion you are a real
woman, and a real diva."
