Hello, Celine Dreamers!

Hope this newsletter finds you well and in high spirits. Hope you are doing well, and just like me can't wait for the Las Vegas Show, and a new English language album of Celine "One Heart" (see tracklist below) to launch on March 25. Hey, also, this month Celine is turning 35.

In her New Year card to her fans Celine wished the following - "As 2003 unfolds, I wish you here peace, good health and happiness. Celine". It might look that it is peace that the planet needs now more than anything. In this issue of the newsletter we are publishing a letter from a mother of someone who is being deployed to a possible conflict area. See "Dream Stuff" column.

This is not a usual "Dream Stuff" column. We received and decided to publish a very moving letter from a mother whose only son serving in Canadian Military is going overseas to take part in a possible military action. The letter is reproduced without editing.

"I like Celine have one son who is now 20. I also had him through artificial insemenation. Her song a NEW DAY HAS COME really touches our hearts. She is my favorite singer and I listen to her music all the time. She holds a special place in my heart from the time I saw her in concert in Regina, Sask. When I found out how her son was conceived I felt as though we had something close together also. Our son is scheduled to go overseas shortly to Iran as he is a sniper with the Canadian Military. It is my dream for him to have something from Celine or a message or a dream come true to meet her in person. He and I sing this song at times together and it just really touches our hearts. I only have the one son and wish all the best to him overseas. It is my dream for him to recevie a special message from her or myself to give to him. He is my world and he has certainly given me the light in my eyes. Thank you so much."
