"I had a dream that I was on a date with a guy from school, we were driving in his car and eating Chinese food. When he took me home, he dropped me off on the sidewalk in front of my house. There’s a big hill right in front of my house, and I decided to go up the hill instead of the driveway. I saw Celine at the top and started running toward her, but halfway up the hill I fell. I kept falling and trying to run up again. Thats when I woke up.”

A very realistic dream, Heather. I almost can see you running up the hill, falling and trying to run up again. It must have been so exhausting. But I wonder why you decided to run up the hill instead of taking the comfortable driveway?

Why do we sometimes choose the roughest roads, the toughest challenges, the most extreme experiences instead of just taking the beaten paths to reach our goals? Is it because we are all looking for something special and exciting in our lives?

You, Heather, were rushing to meet your favorite singer - Celine Dion who was symbolically standing on top of the hill. Your attempts have failed and you never met "unreachable" Celine. But was it worth trying at all?

Your Celine dream sounds very familiar to me. It reminded me a song from the famous musical "The Sound of Music". Remember this one - "Climb every mountain, ford every stream, follow every rainbow, 'till you find your dream."

So according to "The Sound of Music" you did it all right :)
