had a dream where I spent a whole day practicing a song with Celine
Dion. We were both successful singers and the show turned out
right, but then I got this tension that Celine didn't like me
at all. I woke up crying because she didn't like me but I wasn't
for sure. I always have the same dream so hopefully she really

the fact that you woke up crying and thinking that someone doesn't
like you doesn't mean that it is true. What does it mean then?
It means that "YOU" think someone doesn't like you.
That's all.
The
key word here is YOU. At the age of 12, "YOU" is the
most unfriendly thing in the whole world. It creates dreams in
which no one likes you, and that you are worthless, and other
discouraging things like that.
OK.
How to deal with "YOU"? Well, very very gently. For
example, you and your friend are practicing a song, and everything
turns out right. But then you have this feeling that something
actually didn't quite work in your show. Instead of thinking about
it, you talk to your friend about what could have gone wrong.
The tension is like steam, has to be released in time, otherwise...
