Fan Dreams #25 and #26

Jessica, 20, USA

"I was in Florida for a little summer vacation. There were a bunch of people I knew there, all on vacation too, and they went shopping together and went out to eat together a lot but never asked me to join them. I was staying in a hotel on a street with lots of shops, and one day I was reading a novel and listening to Celine's new CD when I decided to look at the lyrics to sing along with a song or two. The CD cover was all green, and Celine wasn't even on the cover -- neither was her name, or the title of the album (though they were printed on the side as usual). I looked out the window and saw Celine walking down the street wearing a white pantsuit and straw hat, carrying a straw mini tote-bag style purse. Briefly realizing no one followed her or even looked twice at Celine walking down "their" street, I wondered for a split-second if she would be annoyed with me for invading her privacy and personal time if I caught up with her and asked her to sign the CD. But I really wanted to meet her and tell her how much I enjoyed her music. I was also hoping that we could be friends, so I ran down the hall to the elevator, and when I got out of the hotel and looked down the street it was like she had disappeared. I thought, "Well maybe she's in one of the stores" and I looked in the windows as I passed by but never saw her. "

"I had a dream that I had this magic helmet, but it was actually
just a plain bicycle helmet. When I put the helmet on I would start flying around. I didn't fly high but I took quick turns and was very very fast. I have had this dream about 4 times. And then, all of a sudden Celine would appear. In the first dream she stole the helmet from me. In the second she was my mom and we lived in this farm house and drove a red pick up truck. In the third she was just watching me. And in the fourth she died because she was in the middle of the street watching me and she got hit by a car."

Interpretation of fan dreams #25 and #26

We are having two very different fan dreams today, but there's something that these dreams have in common - both of them feature Celine.

The first dream that belongs to Jessica suggests that Jessica has been feeling a bit lonely inside when she saw Celine in her dream. In it Jessica is on vacation in Florida, a location that she has never actually visited in the real life. More importantly, Jessica feels abandoned by the people that she knows. Alone, reading a book, and listening to Celine's latest CD, she saw a glimpse of Celine. In the dream the cover of Celine's CD is green, but we now know that in reality it is blue. It is possible that Jessica's blue mood took her to the land she never visited and recolored the CD cover. From your dream it might sound like you, Jessica, are looking for ways to connect with other people, but haven't had much luck yet. Remember, those succeed who never give up.

Leslie's dream is a bit more difficult to figure out. It seems like the entire Celine dream collection is a mozaic of real life experiences mixed with the flavor of magic. The source of magic might be a huge amount of movies that have been released lately. Do you go to the movies a lot, Leslie?
